Monsoon provides direct services to all Asian and Pacific Islander victims/survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking, including males and the LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer) communities. In fact, Monsoon has assisted victims from other marginalized groups as walk-ins and through referrals. Community education and outreach are an important component of Monsoon’s services as well.   The organization also runs a violence prevention program, focusing primarily on youths. In addition, Monsoon offers technical assistance to other programs and agencies, locally and nationally.
