Monsoon’s MoM wisdom circle is back! Parents and caregivers: Join us for a sound bath meditation at Monsoon’s Community Healing Space. No water baths involved at this event! Bathe in soothing sound waves while relaxing on a mat wearing your comfiest clothes. Sound baths are utilized in East Asian and South Asian cultures to promote spiritual healing and balance. Various instruments will be used including various singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, bells, chimes, drums and pyramids. Limited capacity. Adults 18+ only.
