At the Communities of Color Anti-Violence Summit in Des Moines, Aug. 28-30, attended by more than 100 people, Monsoon staffers celebrated with diverse advocates and made presentations: Empowering API Youth: Reshaping Paths to a Future Free from Violence, co-facilitated by Kate Bailly and Boey Lu; and Pacific Islanders Take You on a Journey Across the Ocean, co-facilitated by Danya Albert and Aiyuko Maun.
