Healing comes in many forms – art is one of them. In this workshop, Monsoon invites Drake students to engage in a therapeutic sand mandala activity, a practice inspired by Tibetan monks. Creating patterns with colorful sands serves as a meditative and grounding process that encourages participants to reflect on their journeys and deepen their connection with themselves.

This event is a space to explore self-expression, release emotional burdens, and find healing through art. No prior experience is needed – all materials will be provided.
