So much fun was had this morning, Saturday Nov. 9th, at Culinary Annex with Chef Cass and our Mothers of Monsoon Wisdom Circle! Caregivers and their littles enjoyed learning how to make homemade onigiri (Japanese rice balls) using rice, different proteins, and lots of veggies 🍙🍱

On this day, 11/6, Monsoon advocates Aiyuko Maun and Danya Albert conducted 2 training sessions on Pacific Islander communities and cultural needs with City and School Officials, Health Providers, Law Enforcements, Child Protective Services and other service providers at the Marshalltown Police Department, Iowa.
