The February Kupuna Care Days gathering will focus on heart health and overall well-being for Asian and Pacific Islander elders. This session offers a supportive space to learn about caring for the heart while connecting with others through guided discussion and shared activities. Participants are invited to come together, ask questions, and build knowledge that supports healthy aging in community. The event is designed to be welcoming and accessible, with support available to help elders fully participate.
