Youth ages 8-12 are invited to immerse in the delight of Indian dance styles, Mangalam, a dance giving thanks for the elements that surround us, and Rumal, a joyful celebration dance.

In this free and interactive dance class, Penny Gurgerson, Co-Director of Gateway Dance Theater, youth will learn about these dance style’s rich traditions, history, instruments, and clothing.
