🌿 Grown-Up & Me Movement Class 🌿

Come join us for a special bonding experience designed for parents/caregivers, and little ones! This class combines gentle movement, playful yoga poses, and mindfulness activities to help you connect, relax, and move together. Perfect for all ages, the session encourages joyful interaction and a chance to build community with other families.

🗓 Date & Time: Saturday, December 14, 2024 - 10-11:30am
📍 Location: Franklin Avenue Library - 5000 Franklin Ave. Des Moines, IA 50310
💫 What to Expect: Fun movement activities, simple yoga poses, and calm breathing exercises tailored for grown-ups and kids to enjoy together. Bring your own water bottles. Yoga mats and a light snack will be provided.

So much fun was had this morning, Saturday Nov. 9th, at Culinary Annex with Chef Cass and our Mothers of Monsoon Wisdom Circle! Caregivers and their littles enjoyed learning how to make homemade onigiri (Japanese rice balls) using rice, different proteins, and lots of veggies 🍙🍱
